Maximum Load Capacity
It's important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images on the richt. If you subtract your body weight of the maximum load capacity, you will know the amount of weights you can load. You include your body weight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on.
Pull-up - suspension
The home gym also has a chinning bar, a press and barbell supports. The chinning bar or pull-up bar is ideal for pull-ups.
Low pulley
All pulleys move independently of each other and you can attach various accessories to them.
Barbell cathers
For the sake of safety and to avoid overstraining yourself, you can attach the weights to the barbell supports at any time.
High pulley
The home gym has a high pulley with a curved bar and a low pulley with a straight bar. Ideal for training different muscles in your body. For example, the high pulley is suitable for exercises like lat pulls, ab crunches or triceps pushdowns.
Storage for weight plates
The home gym is suitable for Olympic and regular weightlifting bars. On the sides, the frame provides space to store different weight plates (which are not included).
