Maximum Load Capacity
It's important that you know what the maximum load capacity is of your equipment per part. You will find this in the images on the richt. If you subtract your body weight of the maximum load capacity, you will know the amount of weights you can load. You include your body weight only when there are parts on which you can sit or lay on.
Example: If you weigh a 100 kg, you can train with 150 kg on the WT80 before you reach the maximum load capacity of 250 kg.
Adjustable lever
The equipment comes with an adjustable lever. In combination with the weight bench, the lever is perfect for chest and shoulder exercises, like the lat pull down, chest press and shoulder press.
Adjustable back rest
The bench is adjustable and can easily be set to your most comfortable workout position.
Bench folded
Move the weight bench aside and you'll have room for the triceps extension, biceps curl, calf raise, squats, rows and other stand-up exercises
Storage for weight plates
The home gym is suitable for Olympic and regular weightlifting bars. On the sides, the frame provides space to store different weight plates.
Use your own weight plates 30 + 50 mm
You decide how difficult you want your workout to be by placing the desired number of weight plates on the lever. The two locks ensure that the weights remain firmly in position.
