Set your resistance level using the PMS system
The F20 has eight different resistance levels that you can easily switch between. This gives you the opportunity to train at any level you wish, and to switch up a gear for an extra challenge. You can easily switch between resistance levels with the maintenance-free magnetic brake. By turning the dial on the exercise bike, you can increase or decrease the resistance and the magnet will immediately move with it.

Good posture with the multigrip handlebar
With an exercise bike, not only are the legs at work, but the entire lower body is working. A comfortable training position is important for this. The Multigrip handlebars have a soft foam layer and can be gripped in several places without having to adjust the handlebars, so you always train in a comfortable position. The handlebars can also be easily tilted so you can choose from a recreational position (high handlebars), a sporty position (middle) or a racing position (low) for extra variation in your training. With the sensors in the handlebar, you always have a good view of your heart rate via the LCD screen.

Ultimate seating comfort without seat pain
A good seat contributes to a correct posture while training. If you are not comfortable, you often unconsciously adopt a different posture that can overload some muscles, with the risk of muscle pain or injury. The Comfort seat absorbs the movements of the workout, so you never sit too hard or too soft. The surface of the seat provides good weight distribution, which prevents seat sores.

The Comfort balance pedals have a non-slip lining so your feet won't slip off the pedals during your workout, even if you apply more force or cycle harder. Moreover, there are small weights under the pedals that make sure they always stay straight. The Comfort balance pedals provide a pleasant and easy entry. You don't have to search for the right position with your foot; the pedals hang in such a way that you put your foot on them easily. In addition, the F20's low, wide step-through ensures that you don't have to lift your leg high, ensuring a safe entry and exit. This makes the exercise bike ideal for people with injuries, who are rehabbing and people who are less fit.

Clear parameters
The F20's monochrome 5.5-inch LCD screen shows time, distance, calories, heart rate, speed and RPM at a glance. With the integrated quick keys on the screen, you can quickly choose a fat measurement / BMI calculation and have access to a recovery program, which also functions as a fitness test. This program measures how fast your heart rate drops after exercise, giving you a better picture of your fitness level. The faster the heart rate drops, the fitter you are. The screen also has a tablet holder so you can watch a movie or series while working out.

Training at your own level
The F20 has 5 different programs: train by time, by distance, by calories, a BMI and fat percentage measurement and a manual mode. No overwhelming choice, just a clear menu from which you quickly choose a program and start working out. The LCD screen keeps track of your progress, so you can adjust the program based on your results if necessary. With eight resistance levels that you operate manually, you can quickly switch between different resistance levels so that you always train at the level that suits you best there and then.
